Capital Real Estate School

The Capital Real Estate School offers both classroom education and on-line education through its partnership with the Career Academy of Real Estate.  Classroom education allows students to interact with and ask questions of the course instructor.  Classes are scheduled during the daytime, evening and Saturdays to better meet the varying needs of students.  The on-line courses permit the student to work at their own pace at whatever time of day they wish.

They’re real estate agents.” The site goes on to say “With an index score of 4.26, real estate agents said they are more than satisfied with the control they have over the work they do on a daily basis. They’re also fairly content with their bosses.”

Real estate is the best industry to work within, according to the 2013 Top National Workplaces survey by Workplace Dynamics. The survey polled 1 million employees to generate rankings of the best workplaces and industries for employment.

Is it true?

REALTORS® also enjoy a degree of flexibility that isn’t normally found in the workplace. As a REALTOR®, your day-to-day schedule is almost entirely up to you. No more 9-5 Monday through Friday.  Often times, though, REALTORS® do work on the weekends and may work late hours to coordinate with client’s schedules. Still, real estate professionals enjoy the nontraditional work day and welcome daily variation in their professional lives.

Consider the benefits of the field. A real estate career can provide great financial opportunities as a real estate professional essentially has unlimited income potential. An unrestricted income means your pay as a REALTOR® is largely dictated by the time and effort you invest.

Often times, the buying and selling of real estate can be emotional for both or either sides of a transaction. Houses are no small deal! To achieve this goal, The Capital Real Estate School offers both classroom education and on-line education, through its partnership with the Career Academy of Real Estate.  Classroom education allows you to interact with and ask questions of Course Instructor Tom Gannaway.  Our classes are scheduled during the daytime, evening and Saturdays to better meet your needs.  The on-line courses will allow you to work at your own pace whenever you wish.  As a highly experienced agent, broker and professor, Tom provides thorough training on every aspect of the real estate sales experience, providing you a solid foundation upon which to build your new career.

Mr Gannaway is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor. He supplements his classes with a wealth of illustrative stories drawn from many years of real estate experiences. I was well prepared for the the State Real Estate exam when I sat for it and passed the first time.

The Salesperson Prelicense course led by Tom Gannaway was very helpful and informative and enabled me to pass the Real Estate exam on my first try!
